Hydraulic belt tensioning system
Replaces the traditional counterweight Tension, which has caused work accidents.
System benefits:
- Secures slip-free start-up in all conditions
- No capacity reduction or production interruptions
- The movements are controlled and flexible, no bumping counterweight.
- The belt will be tightened only the required amount, do not strain components with unnecessary tensioning force
- The lifetime of bearings, belt, and other components is substantially extended and the need for maintenance is reduced
- The space required by the system is really small compared to the large counterweight structures
- The bus control allows to get information from the running times and tension forces, which can be utilized in pre-services and maintenances
